During the implementation of the Eastern Poland Economic Promotion Programme, lingerie companies signed 101 new contracts. Entrepreneurs have again taken part in the survey conducted by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) which showed that lingerie companies from Eastern Poland concluded contracts for the total amount of PLN 7,895,653.18.
Through the Eastern Poland Economic Promotion Programme, lingerie companies were able to take part in the fairs organised by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency.This has contributed to the development of the whole industry, which during the Programme implementation invested PLN 162,400 in new production lines, almost PLN 3 million in new plants and nearlyPLN one million in new equipment.All the investments totalled PLN 4,076,806.86.

The value of the contracts signed by lingerie companies from Eastern Poland amounted to 3% of all contracts concluded by the companies participating in the Eastern Poland Economic Promotion Programme.From the PLN 40 million allocated to direct marketing of representatives of 12 sectors in the Easter Poland Macroregion, more than PLN 2 million were spent in the lingerie industry.
